Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [support@sences.com] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed, and you will need to follow the return procedure once the item is received.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [support@sences.com] with your order number. We will confirm your cancellation via email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at [support@sences.com] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
